Introduction
Alramz needs a unified marketing and social media stack that consolidates campaigns, email, social channels, lead capture, and analytics on top of Zoho, integrated with the existing Zoho CRM.
This proposal responds to the Alramz BRD (v1.0, 18/05/2026). Where the BRD is clear, we confirm delivery. Where a single line implies multi-month engineering (full multi-channel social automation across six platforms, native mobile apps, deep custom analytics, full webinar platform build), we name the limit honestly and propose a lean Phase 1 that lands the foundation cleanly inside the USD 2,000 budget so future phases sit on a correct base.
Project Objectives
| # | Objective | Our Approach |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Unified marketing and social media management | Zoho Marketing Plus as the hub, wired to Zoho CRM - see Section 3.1 |
| 2 | Automate campaigns across email, social, web | Zoho Campaigns + Social + Marketing Automation flows - see Section 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 |
| 3 | Capture and segment leads | Zoho Forms + Landing Pages + CRM segmentation rules - see Section 3.5 |
| 4 | Unified analytics and reporting | Zoho Marketing Plus dashboard + 3 standard scheduled reports - see Section 3.7 |
| 5 | Role-based access and team collaboration | Zoho roles & profiles, shared content library - see Section 3.8 |
| 6 | Secure, scalable, mobile-accessible | Zoho cloud (SOC 2/ISO 27001) + responsive web + official Zoho mobile apps |
Scope of Work
Each subsection below mirrors a section of the BRD. Tables hold the mechanical checklist. Where a BRD line implies a much larger build, the load-bearing decisions are pulled into short prose paragraphs labelled Scope boundary so they are not hidden inside a checklist row.
3.1 Campaign Management (BRD 3.1)
Create, manage, track marketing campaigns
Zoho Marketing Plus campaign module configured for Alramz workflow
A/B testing
Configured on email + landing pages (subject line, CTA, hero)
Landing page creation
Up to 3 templated landing pages built in Zoho LandingPage
Budget tracking
Campaign-level budget fields synced to CRM
3.2 Email Marketing (BRD 3.2)
Design, send, track email campaigns
Zoho Campaigns set up with 3 reusable bilingual templates
Automated follow-up emails
Up to 5 trigger-based journeys (welcome, nurture, re-engage, post-event, lead-handoff)
Deliverability hygiene
SPF, DKIM, DMARC configured on Alramz sending domain
3.3 Social Media Management (BRD 3.3)
| # | Item | Delivery in Phase 1 (this budget) | Future phase |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Connected channels | X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube (4 channels) | TikTok + Snapchat |
| 2 | Post scheduling & marketing calendar | Zoho Social calendar configured for the 4 channels | Same, extended |
| 3 | Social inbox (mentions, messages, replies) | Enabled for the 4 channels supported natively by Zoho Social | TikTok/Snapchat handled via their native tools until Zoho support matures |
| 4 | Engagement metrics | Standard Zoho Social analytics dashboard | Custom cross-channel dashboard |
Scope boundary - TikTok and Snapchat. Zoho Social's native support for TikTok and Snapchat publishing/inbox is limited compared to X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Forcing full parity across all six channels in Phase 1 would require third-party connectors and custom middleware that do not fit USD 2,000. Phase 1 delivers the four channels Zoho supports cleanly; TikTok and Snapchat are handled through their native apps with results imported manually into reporting until a Phase 2 integration is scoped.
3.4 Marketing Automation (BRD 3.4)
Cross-channel automation
Up to 5 automation workflows built in Zoho Marketing Automation
Behaviour-based triggers
Website visits, form submissions, email opens/clicks, chat interactions
Conditions, fallback paths, notifications
Defined per workflow during discovery; documented in a workflow matrix
Scope boundary - automation depth. "Automate repetitive marketing tasks" can mean 5 journeys or 50. Phase 1 ships up to 5 fully specified workflows with triggers, conditions, fallback branches, and stakeholder notifications documented. Additional workflows are billed at the post-warranty rate-card in Section 6.3.
3.5 Lead Management & Segmentation (BRD 3.5)
Lead capture: forms, landing pages, chatbots
Zoho Forms (up to 5), Zoho LandingPage (up to 3), Zoho SalesIQ chatbot (1 flow)
Webinar and event capture
Lead intake form + CRM tagging; webinar platform itself out of scope (see boundary)
Segmentation for targeted campaigns
Up to 8 CRM segments based on agreed attributes (geography, source, score, lifecycle)
Lead scoring, routing, deduplication, ownership rules
Defined in discovery; standard Zoho CRM scoring + assignment rules configured
Scope boundary - webinar platform. Hosting webinars themselves (Zoho Webinar / Zoho Meeting licensing, streaming infrastructure, recording storage) is a separate licensed product cost paid by Alramz. We wire the lead-capture and follow-up automation around webinars; the webinar product license and stream delivery are not in the USD 2,000.
3.6 Web & Conversational Marketing (BRD 3.6)
Website visitor tracking
Zoho SalesIQ tracking code installed on Alramz site
Conversational marketing chatbot
One chatbot flow built in SalesIQ (FAQ + lead capture + human handoff)
Webinar/event lead capture flow
Form + automated CRM tagging + follow-up journey
3.7 Analytics & Reporting (BRD 3.7)
Unified marketing dashboard
Zoho Marketing Plus default unified dashboard configured for Alramz KPIs
Scheduled reports
3 standard scheduled reports (weekly campaign, weekly social, monthly executive)
On-demand reports
Self-serve via Zoho Marketing Plus + Zoho Social standard report library
Scope boundary - custom analytics. A bespoke cross-channel BI dashboard (Zoho Analytics with custom data models, blended sources, custom visualisations) is a separate engagement. Phase 1 uses the out-of-the-box Zoho Marketing Plus dashboard plus 3 scheduled standard reports. Custom Zoho Analytics builds are quoted on the rate-card.
3.8 Team Collaboration & Access Control (BRD 3.8, 4)
Task management
Zoho Marketing Plus task module enabled for the marketing team
Content management for marketing assets
Shared content library configured (folder structure, naming convention)
Role-based user access
4 roles configured: Admin, Manager, Creator, Analyst
Approval workflow
One approval workflow (campaign + social post) routed Creator -> Manager -> Publish
3.9 Non-Functional, Security, Mobile (BRD 4, 5)
High availability and uptime
Zoho cloud SLA (Zoho-published, typically 99.9%); no additional infra required
Scalability
Native to Zoho platform; no custom infra to scale
Mobile access
Responsive Zoho web apps + official Zoho Social, Campaigns, CRM mobile apps
Security & privacy
Zoho's SOC 2 / ISO 27001 posture; role-based access; data residency per Alramz Zoho tenant region
Scope boundary - native mobile app. "Mobile access" is delivered via Zoho's existing iOS/Android apps (Zoho Social, Campaigns, CRM). A custom-branded Alramz mobile app is a separate engineering project and not included.
3.10 Zoho CRM Integration (BRD 4)
Bidirectional sync: leads, contacts, accounts, campaigns
Native Zoho Marketing Plus <-> Zoho CRM integration
Campaign attribution back to CRM
Lead source, campaign ID, UTM mapped into CRM fields
Role mapping
Zoho CRM roles aligned with Marketing Plus roles
Deliverables
| # | Deliverable | Handed over |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Configured Zoho Marketing Plus tenant | Campaigns, Social (4 channels), Automation, SalesIQ, Forms, LandingPage live |
| 2 | Zoho CRM integration | Marketing Plus <-> CRM sync configured and verified |
| 3 | Workflow & automation matrix | Document listing all 5 automations, triggers, conditions, fallbacks |
| 4 | Segmentation & lead-routing document | The 8 segments, scoring rules, assignment rules |
| 5 | Roles & approval workflow document | 4 roles, permissions matrix, approval routes |
| 6 | Reporting pack | Unified dashboard + 3 scheduled standard reports configured |
| 7 | Training and documentation | 4-hour remote training + English PDF user manual with screenshots |
Stack. This proposal is built on Zoho Marketing Plus + Zoho CRM + Zoho SalesIQ. We do not introduce third-party marketing tools, because the BRD is Zoho-anchored and the budget only fits a clean native Zoho implementation.

Before We Start
A short list of decisions needed from Alramz so Phase 1 can begin cleanly:
Zoho licenses.
Confirmation that Alramz holds (or will purchase) Zoho Marketing Plus, Zoho CRM, and Zoho SalesIQ seats for the marketing team.
Channel priority confirmation.
Confirmation of the 4 channels in Phase 1 (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and acknowledgement that TikTok/Snapchat are Phase 2.
Sending domain.
Domain to use for email campaigns + DNS access for SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
Lead lifecycle.
Final scoring thresholds, routing rules, and ownership rules from the marketing & sales heads.
Approval workflow owners.
Names of Manager-level approvers for campaigns and social posts.
Brand assets.
Logo files, brand colours, fonts, and 1-2 sample campaigns for template direction.
Next Steps
- Schedule a 30-minute intro call: https://meet.rasia.pro/intro-call
- Or reply by email: info@riseup-asia.com
- Proposal valid for: 60 days from submission date above.
On signature, we open a shared Discovery doc within 48 hours and lock channels, automations, segments, roles, and approval owners in week 1 so build starts clean.
Success criteria (BRD 7)
We track two outcomes against the BRD's success criteria: (1) higher engagement on social posts - measured via the Zoho Social standard engagement metrics on the 4 Phase-1 channels, and (2) actionable insights - delivered through the unified Marketing Plus dashboard plus the 3 scheduled reports configured in Section 3.7.
